Our Story
Alara Always Care Services was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
Our journey began when two dedicated support workers, Reec and Osman, saw firsthand the challenges individuals and families face in accessing personalised, high-quality care. With years of experience in the NDIS sector, they knew that care could be more than just a service—it could be a partnership built on compassion, reliability, and empowerment.
In 2024, they took a bold step and created Alara Always Care Services, built on the values of empathy, integrity, and collaboration. The name Alara reflects their commitment to always being there for those who need support—walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward independence and dignity.
Today, Alara Always Care Services offers a wide range of supports, from personal care and community participation to skill development, respite, and therapeutic services. Every service is tailored to the unique needs of each person, because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and empowered life.
